Applicants may provide a link to a public social-media profile, post, video, fundraiser, biography, advocacy page, or other publicly available content showing a reasonable connection to the sickle cell community.

Social-media information is used only as an initial eligibility-screening method. It does not independently confirm or medically verify a sickle cell diagnosis.
